Inventory Control/Mailroom Clerk

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• Pulls all material to fill completed kits for the manufacturing floor
• Receives, unpacks and verifies quantity/part number information for all incoming material
• Performs transactions in MAS200 ERP system the same day material is received
• Conducts cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy utilizing ERP system
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies between system and physical counts
• Prepares daily orders for shipment; verifies sales orders are complete and accurate
• Provides shipping quotes to sales department
• Backs up shipper when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining a stockroom utilizing ERP system(s)
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED required, 2 year degree preferred
• Ability to unpack and pack items and stock shelving systems in a stockroom
• Experience with UPS/FEDEX and other shipment methods desired
• Able to process customer orders through a shipping manifest system
• Very computer literate; has an intermediate level understanding of Excel
• Works well in a small company environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail as accuracy is a must!
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
